क्लिनिकल ट्रायल के क्षेत्र में चुनौतियों के साथ संभावनाएं भी कई

इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज,मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी इंदौर में एसोसिएशन ऑफ माइक्रोबायोलॅाजिस्ट आफ इंडिया के सहयोग से कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें गुड क्लिनिकल प्रैक्टिस (जीसीपी) और एनडीसीटी (नई दवाओं और क्लिनिकल परीक्षण) प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला में विभिन्न विशेषज्ञों द्वारा जानकारी दी गई। यह कार्यशाला प्रतिभागियों को भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद् के मानकों के अनुसार दवा के विकास और अध्ययन में विभिन्न हितधारकों की नैतिकता, नियम, विनियम, भूमिका और जिम्मेदारियों के बारे में प्रशिक्षित करने हेतु आयोजित की गई थी। इंडेक्स समूह के चेयरमैन सुरेशसिंह भदौरिया व वाइस चेयरमैन मयंकराज सिंह भदौरिया ने कार्यशाला की सराहना की।

इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज के डीन डॅा.जीएस पटेल ने कहा कि क्लिनिक ट्रायल एक योजनाबद्ध तरीके से किया जाता है। इसमें कई तरह के नियमों एवं मानकों का ध्यान रखना इसकी पहली प्राथमिकता होती है। वाइस डीन डॅा. पी न्याती ने कहा कि बायोमेडिकल स्वास्थ्य अनुसंधान के क्षेत्र में काफी संभावनाएं है। भारत में क्लिनिक ट्रायल के लिए कई चुनौतियां का सामना भी करना पड़ता है। यदि आप सही अस्पताल,बेहतर मानक और सुविधाओं का ध्यान रखे तो आप बेहतर परिणाम प्राप्त कर सकते है।

इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज की डॅा.आरती सहस्त्रबुद्धे ने कहा कि क्लिनिकल ट्रायल के विकास की अपनी प्रक्रिया है। इसमें चिकित्सा विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में हुई विभिन्न दुर्घटनाओं से भी हमें काफी कुछ सीखने का मौका मिला है। किसी भी क्लिनिकल ट्रायल में रिपोर्टिंग के साथ डाटा वेरिफिकेशन और गोपनीयता का भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए। इसके जरिए नियमों के निर्माण और संशोधन भी काफी मदद मिली है। ज़ाइडस मेडिकल कॉलेज एंड हॉस्पिटल, दाहोद, गुजरात प्रोफेसर और हेड फार्माकोलॉजी डॉ.सूरज त्रिपाठी ने सीआर में सुरक्षा विचार और एसएई को मुआवजे के बारे में बताया। डॉ. सचिन कुचया, प्रोफेसर और हेड फार्माकोलॉजी, एनएससीबी मेडिकल कॉलेज और सीओई, एमपीएमएसयू, जबलपुर ने एनडीसीटी नियम 2019 और संशोधनों पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने क्लिनिकल परीक्षण के लिए आगे बढ़ने के लिए नई दवाओं, नियमों और संशोधनों के बारे में जानकारी दी। मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी से सहायक रजिस्ट्रार, अनुसंधान दीपशिखा विनायक ने क्लिनिकल ट्रायल में दस्तावेज़ीकरण, डेटा हैंडलिंग और रिकॉर्ड कीपिंग, मॉनिटरिंग, ऑडिट और निरीक्षण के बारे में बताया।इस अवसर पर डॉ. लिली गंजू (निदेशक अनुसंधान, मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी ), डॉ. नेहा जयसवाल (वैज्ञानिक अधिकारी), डॉ. आकाश विश्वे (एसो. प्रोफेसर, फार्माकोलॉजी) और प्रीति परदेशी (सहायक) (प्रोफेसर, फार्माकोलॉजी) उपस्थित रहे।

इस कार्यशाला में प्रशिक्षण के लिए इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॉलेज के अलावा महात्मा गाँधी स्मृति चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, अमलतास मेडिकल कॉलेज, राजा रामन्ना प्रगत प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र सहित विभिन्न कॅालेजों के चिकित्सक व वैज्ञानिक उपस्थित थे। इस कार्यशाला में 224 ने प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया।

Index: Training workshop on ethics including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and NDCT (New drugs and Clinical Trials) rules:

• This training workshop was organized at Index Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Malwanchal University, Indore, in collaboration with Association of Microbiologist of India on 4th November 2023.
• The aim of this training workshop was to provide a holistic approach to understand the ethics including GCP & NDCT rules for the entire associate of medical science.
• Doctors, post graduates and associates of different specialities of medical science need to understand and implement GCP & NDCT rules since they owe an extra responsibility to follow the basics of ethics i.e. autonomy, Justice, Beneficence and Non malfeasance.
• Specialist of different medical discipline were gathered to have a face to face interaction for the better understanding of ethics including GCP and NDCT rules.
• Starting since early morning we saw a series of excellent lectures on different topics about the ethics, evolution, rules, regulations, roles and responsibilities of various stake holders in the development and use of a drug as per ICMR guide lines.
• The workshop was inaugurated by the blessings of respected Dean Sir (Dr. G.S.Patel).
• Thereafter first lecture was on ‘Definition and Evolution of the ethics and GCP guidelines’ that was nicely presented by Dr. Aarti Sahasrabuddhe, Professor & Head, Community Medicine, IMCHRC, Indore. She highlighted the process of evolution, the lessons from the mishaps in medical science, framing of the rules and process of amendment along with the definitions and purpose of GCP and associated terminologies.
• This was followed by a tea break and then second session was in two phases, taken by Dr. Prem Nyati, Professor & Head Pharmacology, IMCHRC, Indore. The first phase was on Prospects of Clinical Trial & Biomedical Health Research in India, which was to provide an understanding of the clinical trials and regulating bodies with special emphasis on the challenges and scenario of clinical trials in India.
• The second phase was in concern with the ‘Roles and responsibilities of Stake holders’ in the development process of a drug. It was to explain the roles of Sponsors, monitor, Investigators, regulators and EC/IRB members.
• The next session was taken by Dr. Suraj Tripathi, Professor & Head Pharmacology, Zydus Medical College & Hospital, Dahod, Gujrat in two phases. Before lunch it was to explain the Informed Consent, Confidentiality, Privacy and vulnerable population and after lunch it was to explain Safety consideration in CR and compensation to SAE.
• Thereafter Dr. Sachin Kuchya, Professor & Head Pharmacology, NSCB Medical College, & COE, MPMSU, Jabalpur emphasized on NDCT Rules 2019 & amendments. He provided a clear picture of new drugs, rules and amendments to proceed for clinical trials.
• Last session was from Ms. Deepshikha, Asst. Registrar, Research Malwanchal University, Indore to provide a very clear understanding of Documentation, Data handling and record keeping, Monitoring, Audit and Inspection in Clinical Trials.
• The awareness and understanding of all these topics are the vital component to move ahead to excellence in academics and medical practice.
• All the speakers were learned enough to high light the specific guidelines; to bring clarity on various issues of ethics, conduct, role and responsibility of stake holders in the development of a new drug or therapy.
• The training workshop tried to follow the eco-friendly norms with maximum use of electronic manner to provide the specific instructions and the study material.
• The workshop started with a pre-test and ended with a post test and feedback.

We acknowledges all the people behind the success of this workshop including Association of Microbiologist of India, all the advisors, delegates, Chairman, Vice-chancellor, Dean, faculty, staff & post graduates of Index Medical College, Indore, M.P.

The success of the workshop is reflected by the registration of 224 delegates from Index Medical College as well as other institutes including MGM Medical College, Indore, LNCT Medical College, Indore, Amaltas Medical College, Dewas, Raja Rammana Centre for Advance Technolgy (R.R. CAT), Indore, Index Institute of Dental Sciences, Index Ayurvedic College, Index Institute of Pharmacy.

The whole event was nicely planned, conducted and organized by Dr. Prem Nyati (Vice Dean & Professor of Pharmaacology) Dr. Lili Ganju (Director Research, Malwanchal University), Dr. Neha Jaiswal (Scientific Officer), Ms. Deepshikha (Asst. Registrar, Research,MU), Dr Akash Vishwe (Asso.Professor, Pharmacology) and Ms Preeti Pardeshi (Asst. Professor, Pharmacology)

कला और रंगों के जरिए युवाओं ने दिए खूबसूरत संदेश

इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज द्वारा आयोजित वार्षिक उत्सव स्टिमुलस 2023 का शानदार आयोजन

इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा आयोजित वार्षिक उत्सव स्टिमुलस 2022 का शानदार आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस उत्सव में कला,संस्कृति और खेल प्रतियोगिता में एमबीबीएस के विद्यार्थी अपने हुनर को पेश कर रहे है। इसमें सभी बैच के एमबीबीएस के विद्यार्थियों की अलग-अलग टीमों ने हिस्सा लिया। इंडेक्स समूह के चेयरमैन सुरेशसिंह भदौरिया,वाइस चेयरमैन मयंकराज सिंह भदौरिया, डायरेक्टर आर एस राणावत ने सभी टीमों को शानदार उत्सव आयोजित करने के लिए बधाई दी। खेल प्रतियोगिता में विद्यार्थियों के उत्साहवर्धन के लिए इंडेक्स समूह के एडिशनल डायरेक्टर आरसी यादव, इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज डीन डॅा.जीएस पटेल,इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज के कर्नल डॅा.वीके अरोरा पहुंचे।इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज डीन जीएस पटेल ने बताया कि वार्षिक उत्सव का सभी विद्यार्थियों की ओर से बहुत अच्छा प्रतिसाद मिल रहा है। कॅालेज के विद्यार्थियों की अलग-अलग टीमों इस पूरे वार्षिक उत्सव को बेहतर तरीके से आयोजित कर रही है।

रंगों के जरिए छात्रों ने दिया विश्व शांति का संदेश
इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज के कैम्पस को स्वच्छ व सुंदर बनाने का प्रयास स्टिमुलस 2023वार्षिक उत्सव में विद्यार्थी कर रहे हैं। रंगोली प्रतियोगिता में छात्रों भारतीय संस्कृति थीम पर जहां विभिन्न संस्कृति और श्रीकृष्ण के साथ हनुमान जी की प्रतिकृति को रंगों के जरिए पेश किया। विश्व शांति से लेकर डॅाक्टर के जीवन से जुड़े मुद्दों को भी रंगोली के जरिए प्रस्तुत किया। फेंटीसी की दुनिया की अलग-अलग तस्वीरे रंगोली के जरिए देखने को मिली। पेटिंग,फेस पेटिगं,वॅाल पेटिंग बेस्ट आउट आफ वेस्ट जैसे कई प्रतियोगिता में रंगों के जरिए छात्र संदेश दे रहे है। साथ ही सभी लोगों में स्वच्छता का संदेश देने के लिए वॉल पेंटिंग भी की गई।इन वॉल पेंटिंग में कॅालेज लाइफ,स्वास्थ्य और बीमारी से बचने के उपाय,विश्व शांति,पर्यावरण संरक्षण के संदेश भी युवाओं ने दिए। विद्यार्थियों के लिए इसी के साथ ही कई दीवारों पर सेल्फी पॉइंट भी बनाए गए हैं। वॉल पेंटिंग से न केवल लोगों को स्वच्छता का संदेश दिया गया बल्कि कैम्पस की दीवारों का सौन्दर्यीकरण हुआ है।

मैदान पर दिखा भावी डॅाक्टर्स का अलग रूप
स्टिमुलस 2023 में इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज मैदान पर क्रिकेट मैच,वॅालीबॅाल से लेकर कई खेलों में टीमों ने हिस्सा लिया। इसमें सभी बैच के विद्यार्थियों की टीमों बीच दर्शकों का रोमांचक क्रिकेट मैच देखने को मिल रहे है। एक ओर जहां भावी डॅाक्टर्स हाथों में बल्ला और गेंद थामे मैदान पर एक अलग रूप में नजर आ रहे है। किताबों से दूर खेल के मैदान में भी भावी डॅाक्टर्स अपना शानदार प्रदर्शन कर रहे है। शतरंज और केरम जैसे विभिन्न इनडोर प्रतियोगिताओं में भी कई टीमों ने हिस्सा लिया।
