A three-day Neocon Conference organized by Index Medical College Hospital & Research Center, Malwanchal University, kicked off with various programs. The main workshop was held at the Index College auditorium under the joint auspices of the Indore Academy of Pediatrics and the National Neonatology Forum. Through this technique, neonatal mortality rates can be significantly reduced.
The Neocon conference aims to bring together experts and the latest techniques in one place. Dr. Anuradha Jain, the workshop coordinator and head of the college's pediatrics department, explained that new techniques like NRP can be instrumental in reducing neonatal mortality rates. Breathing difficulties experienced by newborns immediately after birth can be addressed using specialized equipment.
Dr. Hemabindu Singh from Hyderabad emphasized that the first minute can be a golden minute for a newborn. The primary goal of their workshop is to provide better training to the next generation of doctors. The government of India and all medical practitioners have a responsibility to minimize neonatal mortality rates.
