Cultural Fest

Index Nursing College, a constituent unit of Malwanchal University organized a colorful and memorable cultural fest 2022-23 of infinito 22-23 from 09/12/2022 to 19/12/2022 under the guidance of Dr. Prof. Smriti G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College. Cultural Fest was organized to give the students a chance to display their talents. The students of our college were divided into 6 houses which were Magnificents, Expandables, Unbeatables, Incredibles, Unstoppables & Influenzers. All the students from every team were given chance to perform in cultural fest. Instructions and criteria for evaluation were priorly informed to the students for each competition. The event was commenced with lamp lighting and saraswati vandana followed by competitions. Judges for the events were Dr. Prof. Smriti G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College, Dr. Payal Sharma, Dr. Anu V Kumar and Prof. Th. Bidyani Devi. The organizing secretaries of the event were Dr. Reena Thakur, HOD, Medical surgical Nursing Department and Prof. Berlin Sara Thampy, HOD, Child Health Nursing Department. The overall winner for the cultural fest was Incredibles with 90 points and ever rolling trophy for Infinito 2023 was bagged by Incredibles team with 125 points. Everybody enjoyed the cultural function and highly appreciated the organizers.
Farewell

College Farewell parties are always an exciting affair and bring alive a lot of happy memories. Index Nursing College, Indore, Madhya Pradesh hosted a farewell ceremony for outgoing batch of B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students 2021-22 on 17 December 2022 under the guidance of Dr. Smriti G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College, at Medical College auditorium at 11:00 am. Lightning of Lamp was done by Principal, HOD’s and faculty followed by prayer song. The event began with a floral welcome of Principal, Dr. Smriti G. Solomon, Hods Dr. Reena Thakur, Dr. Anu V. Kumar, Dr. Payal Sharma, Prof. Berlin Sara Thampy, Prof. Prabhanshu Vyas and all the teaching and non teaching faculty of Index Nursing College. The event was coordinated by Dr. Anu V. Kumar, Prof. Th. Bidyani Devi and Mr. Nitin Chicholkar.
Freshers Day

Index nursing college constitute unit of Malwanchal University organized Fresher Party on 16/12/2022 with the blessings of Mr. Suresh Singh Bhadoria, Chairman, Index Group of Institutions. Under the guidance of Dr. Prof. Smriti G Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College. The programme was organized by Index Nursing College at Index Medical College Auditorium. The programme was organized for one day, and the timing was from 02:00 PM a.m. to 04:00 PM. B.Sc. Nursing 2nd Year Students welcoming the B.Sc. Nursing 1st Year Students with the Rose Buds. The inauguration session was started with lighting the lamp by the Principal and Faculty of Index Nursing College. After lamp lighting, programme further preceded Principal Madam Welcome Speech. After the Principal Madam Speech B.Sc. Nursing 2nd year students present a welcome dance and songs. Senior students arranged many activities for fresher’s which include cultural events where everyone got chance to showcase their talent. Refreshments were served in between the program.The main aim of this party is to give an affectionate welcome to new students. Such parties instill confidence in students and enhance their creativity.
