An oral health awareness camp with free dental check up was conducted at Crescent Water Park, Indore by Index Institute of Dental Sciences in collaboration with Concept Society, Indore. Ms. Hemal Kamat, Director, Concept Society and Dr. Poonam Tomar Rana along with the team of dentists from Index Institute of Dental Sciences contributed in organizing the said event.

International Women's Day was celebrated in presence of Mrs. Janak Palta McGilligan, Padma Shri award recipient who was the Chief Guest for the event. She enlightened the audience with her wisdom and focused on gender equality for sustainable development. The students presented a dance composition and a skit. The programme was organized by Dr. Poonam Tomar Rana, Cultural Committee Incharge. Dr Utpal Mazumdar, Dean and Dr. Rolly Agrawal, Vice Dean were present on the occasion.

With Deep regret it was informed about the sad demise of our beloved, hard working and dedicated Dr. Hemani Sukhija (Assistant Registrar, Malwanchal University) on 13th January 2022. This is a great and irreparable loss of our index family.
A condolence meeting was held at 03:15 pm on 14/01/2022 at cricket ground behind index hospital, to pay homage to the departed soul.
Respected Chairman sir, all official Authorities of Malwanchal University, Faculties, PGs & Students were present.
