Dr. Kratika Mishra , Associate Professor,Index Institute of Dental Sciences of Department of Orthodontics was invited as a Rising Star Speaker in 56th Indian Orthodontic Conference, Bhartiya Vidhyapeeth, Pune held from 16-18th Sept. 2022. She delivered her lecture on the topic When ,What and Which -3 W's of Orthodontics on 16th September 2022. She explained about what are the treatment modalities, when should we start the Orthodontic treatment and which appliances can be used. She explained it how the stitch in time saves nine with her lecture and how the orthodontic or braces treatment changes the aesthetics of patients.
It was an honour to be invited as Rising Star Speaker at 56th Indian Orthodontic Conference 2022, Bhartiya Vidhyapeeth, Pune.

Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, Index Institute of Dental Sciences held an inaugural ceremony for the newly installed 'Wall of fame' which included various achievements of the department such as 13 Best Scientific Papers, 12 awards, 4 fellowships, 13 on going researches and 120 academic publications in various national and international journals. Dr. Rahul Hegde, Executive Committee member, Dental Council of India, New Delhi was the chief guest with the gracious hands of whom the inauguration was bestowed. Index group Chairman Shri Suresh Singh Bhadoria encouraged the students and faculties by his presence to attain more such achievements and make the institution proud. Vice chairman Mayankraj Singh Bhadoria , Director R. S. Ranawat, Additional Director R. C. Yadav of Index group congratulated for the achievements of the department. Dr. Satish Karandikar, Dean, IIDS, and Dr. Rajeev Srivastava, Director PG studies marked the conclusion of this program by felicitation of the chief guest with a floral bouquet thanking him for his gracious presence. Dr. Rolly S. Agrawal, Vice Dean, IIDS and Dr. Deepti Singh Hada, Assistant Dean, IIDS were also present during the event.

मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी के डॅा.राहुल हेगड़े डेंटल काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के कार्यकारी सदस्य चुने गए
मेरी उपलब्धि में इंडेक्स समूह का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान-डॅा.राहुल हेगड़े
मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी की ओर से डॅा. राहुल हेगड़े को दिल्ली में डेंटल काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया का कार्यकारी सदस्य चुना गया। स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा दंत शिक्षा के नियामक निकाय डीसीआई का डॅा.राहुल हेगड़े पिछले 15 वर्षों से प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे हैं। इंडेक्स समूह और मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी की ओर से इंडेक्स समूह के चेयरमैन सुरेशसिंह भदौरिया द्वारा डॅा.राहुल हेगड़े का कार्यकारी सदस्य बनने पर सम्मान किया। इस अवसर पर श्री सुरेशसिंह भदौरिया ने कहा कि इंडेक्स समूह और मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी को डॅा. राहुल हेगड़े के कार्यकारी सदस्य बनने पर गर्व है। उन्हें भारत की सबसे बड़ी संस्था डेंटल काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया में कार्यकारी सदस्य के तौर पर चुना गया है। हम आशा करते है कि डॅा. राहुल हेगड़े इसी तरह उन्नति करते रहे है। इंडेक्स के साथ देशभर में डेंटल एजुकेशन को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में कार्य करते रहे। इंडेक्स समूह के ओर से वाइस चेयरमैन मयंकराज सिंह भदौरिया,डायरेक्टर आर एस राणावत ,एडिशनल डायरेक्टर आर सी यादव बधाई दी।
यह जीत मेरी नहीं पूरे इंडेक्स समूह की जीत
डॅा.राहुल हेगड़े ने कहा कि किसी भी क्षेत्र में बड़ा आदमी होना अच्छी बात है लेकिन अच्छा आदमी होने सबसे बड़ी बात है। मेरी उपलब्धि में इंडेक्स समूह और मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है। मुझे खुशी है कि मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी और इंडेक्स समूह ने मुझे उनकी तरह से इस चुनाव में प्रतिनिधित्व करने का मौका दिया है। यह एकमात्र मेरी जीत नहीं बल्कि इंडेक्स समूह और चेयरमैन सुरेशसिंह भदौरिया की जीत है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज भारत में डेंटल काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया डेंटल एजुकेशन को रेग्लूयेट करती है। डेंटल एजुकेशन में बदलते वक्त के साथ कई बदलाव देखने को मिल रहे है। आज भारत में 32 दांत के लिए अलग-अलग तरह के स्पेशिलिटी कोर्सेस मौजूद है। अब इंडेक्स डेंटल कॅालेज में हम बदलते वक्त के साथ डॅाक्टरों को बेहतर से बेहतर प्रशिक्षण दे रहे है। जिससे वे आने वाले समय के लिए खुद को अपडेट कर सके। मालवांचल यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलपति एन के त्रिपाठी, रजिस्ट्रार डॅा.एम क्रिस्टोफर ,इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज डीन डॅा.जीएस पटेल,नर्सिंग कॅालेज प्राचार्य डॅा.एस जी सोलोमन ने यूनिवर्सिटी की ओर से बधाई दी। इस अवसर पर इंडेक्स इंस्टीट्यूट डेंटल साइंसेस के डीन डॅा.सतीश करंदीकर,वाइस डीन डॅा.रौली एस अग्रवाल,असिस्टेंट डीन डॅा.दीप्ति सिंह हाड़ा,पीजी डायरेक्टर डॅा.राजीव श्रीवास्तव,डॅा.सुपर्णा गांगुली शाह उपस्थित थे।सम्मान समारोह में इंदौर शहर के विभिन्न डेंटल कॅालेज भी उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम में डॅा.विभा हेगड़े,गर्वमेंट कॅालेज ऑफ डेंटिस्ट्री के डीन डॅा .देशराज जैन, श्री अरविंदो कॅालेज ऑफ डेंटिस्ट्री की डीन डॅा.कांतेश्वरी आई के.,मॅार्डन डेंटल कॅालेज के डीन डॅा.अमित भारद्वाज उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम डॅा.पूनम तोमर सिंह राणा की अध्यक्षता में हुआ।
