Sports Week Infinito 2022

10th January to 15th January 2022

The much awaited sports week infinito 2022 was held at Index Medical College ground from 10th Jan 2022 to 15th Jan 2022 with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. It was organized under the guidance of Dr. (Prof.) Smriti G Solomon, Principal Index Nursing College ,by faculty, students. Sports week was inaugurated by Dr (Prof.) Smriti G Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College. The sports program began with welcoming the esteemed gathering and emphasized on the importance of sports in student’s life. The first sports game was abdominton and once the match began, the air was filled cheering and tons of encouragement for the young players.

Farewell Party

13th January, 2022

The program started with lamp lightening and speech by Dr. Prof. S. G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College, Indore. Floral welcome of Principal was done by Muskan Vishwakarma, student of B.Sc. nursing 2nd year. The HOD of all departments, President, and the Class Representatives of the each farewell batch. Junior students arranged many activities for ferewell which include cultural events where everyone got chance to showcase their talent. Function started by welcoming the Principal, Committee members and Final Year students. The girl students were adorned in saris, the boys complemented them in formals. The function started at 10.30am with the welcome address by students which was followed by the speech of honorable Principal madam Dr. S.G. Solomon. Principal Madam in her speech wished good luck to the final year students for their future. She advised the students to cultivate positive thinking and to do smart work in order to become successful in their career. Programme proceeded with songs, dance performances and to make the programme more entertaining & engaging game sessions specially designed for seniors. Game like “Instant Act” was played. Seniors showed lots of excitement & curiosity while participating. They enjoyed games session to the fullest. After awards, seniors were given opportunity to share their experience. Certain students came forward to share their experience with juniors. There ended a beautiful day marked with both happiness & sorrow & lots & lots of love with vote of thanks by emcees.

Republic Day

25th January, 2022

On the auspicious morning of 25th Jan 2022, to commemorate the spirit of independent and individual India “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” Index Nursing College celebrated Republic Day in the campus of the premises. The deed event was organized under the guidance of Dr. (Prof.) Smriti G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College, by faculty and students.The programe was started at 01:00 pm with the warm welcome of our special guest, dignitaries, Principal, teaching non-teaching faculty and students considering the COVID-19 protocol. The anchoring of the event was done by Mr. Ashich Victor & Ms. Chandrakala Meena, B.Sc. Nsg. II year students. With the pride sunshine of republic day Dr. (Prof.) Smriti G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College headed the students team to enlighten the eternal flame of Amar Jyoti. Persuing the essence of republic day Mr. Suresh Singh Bhadoria, Chairman, Index & Amaltas group of Institutes lighted the lamp with the faculty. Ms. Vaishnavi & Ms. Saloni B.Sc. Nsg. II year students led the event with the prayer performance of Saraswati Vandhana followed by Republic Day speech by Ms. Aashika Singh. After this, students presented colorful cultural acts. Ms. Supriya Jadav, B.Sc. Nsg. IV yr student performed an emotional act on the scene of Amar jawan and followed by Ms. Shivani Sahu & Sheetal B.c.Nsg. III yr duet dance performance with patriotic theme. Continuing the event Ms. Saloni, Priyanka & Anchal, B.Sc. Nsg. II yr students perform solo & duet cultural act with the theme of Desh Bhakti. Skits were performed by students of different batches showing the Pulwama terror attack, Soldier bidding farewell to family and Molik adhikar. With a couple more cultural items, the function ended with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Krupali Rana, B.Sc.Nsg. II year student. The guests, Principal, faculty and the students didn't want to leave any stone unturned in making this monumental day a memorable one. Towards the end, guests, faculty and all the students there flew colored balloons symbolizing prosperity and peace of the nation. The event was ended with the national anthem and the eternal flame was extinguished.
