Republic Day 2025 Celebration at Index Homoeopathic College Hospital and Research Centre

Index Homoeopathic College Hospital and Research Centre proudly celebrated Republic Day 2025, bringing together students, faculty, and guests in a grand event to honour India’s rich heritage and national pride. The celebrations began with the hoisting of the National Flag by our esteemed Chairman, Shri Suresh Singh Bhadoria, marking a moment of unity and patriotism. Following the flag hoisting, a formal march and inspection took place, setting the tone for the day’s proceedings and emphasizing discipline and national commitment.

The highlight of the celebration was the cultural program, which showcased the diversity and strength of India. Students and faculty presented inspiring skits that depicted India’s journey of resilience, complemented by soulful singing and lively dance performances that reflected the nation’s cultural richness. Each act was filled with passion, evoking a sense of pride and deep respect for the nation’s heritage. The event was graced by the presence of key dignitaries, including the Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjeev Narang , Pro Vice Chancellor Dr.Ram Gulam Razdan, Registrar Dr. Lokeshver Singh Jodhana and leaders from various departments of the institution.

Dr. GS Patel, Dean of Index Medical College, spoke about the importance of education and the role of every individual in contributing to the growth and progress of the nation. He inspired everyone to embrace their identity as students and educators and take pride in being active participants in nation-building.

Creating a TB-Free India: A Pledge from Index Homoeopathic College Hospital & Research Centre

The "100 Days Campaign" for Tuberculosis (TB) elimination, spearheaded by the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme, on 8th February is a vital initiative in the mission to eradicate TB and ensure a healthier future for all. With the guidance of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of AYUSH, the Ni-Kshay Shapath (Pledge for a TB-free India) was conducted at Index Homoeopathic College Hospital and Research Center, Indore. This event marked an inspiring moment for all participants, as it reaffirmed our collective commitment to a TB-free community. The significance of this event was amplified by the presence of Professor Dr. Sandeep Vishwakarma, whose speech energized the audience and emphasized the crucial role of collaboration in the fight against TB.

The pledge-taking ceremony was a symbol of hope and determination, with every individual present committing to work together towards eliminating tuberculosis. Faculty members, hospital staff, and first-year BHMS students actively participated in the event, joining hands to spread awareness about TB prevention, early detection, and treatment. The collective spirit of the gathering highlighted that the fight against TB requires not just individual effort, but also a united and continuous movement across all levels of society. This collective action will pave the way for achieving the vision of a TB-free India.

International Women’s Day Celebration at Index Homoeopathic College, Indore

On March 8th, 2025, Index Homoeopathic College, Hospital, and Research Center, affiliated with Malwanchal University, Indore, organized a distinguished event to commemorate International Women’s Day. The celebration commenced with a keynote address by Principal Dr. C.L. Yadav, who emphasized the critical role of women in the advancement of education and healthcare. Dr. Yadav highlighted the significance of fostering gender equality, mutual respect, and empowerment within the academic and professional spheres, encouraging continued progress for women across all fields.

As part of the program, two esteemed faculty members were honored for their exceptional contributions to the institution. Dr. Usha Yadav, Senior Medical Officer (SMO), and Professor Dr. Jyoti Sharma, Head of the Anatomy Department, was recognized for their dedicated service and impactful work. Their exemplary commitment to the institution’s mission and vision was celebrated with awards, acknowledging their leadership and contribution to academic excellence.

The celebration also included a cake-cutting ceremony and a cultural program, where students showcased their talents in a vibrant display of creativity. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Dr. Jyoti Sharma, who expressed sincere gratitude to all attendees for their participation.
