The National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) has been constituted by an act of Parliament known as The National Commission for Homoeopathy Act, 202 on 05.07.2021 by gazette notification dated 05.07.2021. The Board of Governors in supersession of Central Council of Homoeopathy constituted under section 3 Central Council Act, 1973 stands dissolved thereafter.

About
The Ministry of Ayush was formed on the 9th of November 2014 with a vision of reviving the profound knowledge of our ancient systems of medicine and ensure development and propagation of the Ayush systems of healthcare. Earlier, the Department of Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy (ISM&H) formed in 19 for the development of these systems. It was then renamed as the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (Ayush) in focused attention towards education and research in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy
