JAL SHAKTI ABHIYAN

01st April, 2021

On 1st April 2021 Jal sakti Abhiyan was organized by the students and faculties of Index Nursing College under the guidance of Dr. Prof. S.G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College, Indore. The theme for the year was “Catch the rain where it falls and when it falls”. It is celebrate under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Prof Smriti G. Solomon, Principal. Speech was given by the students on the importance of the saving water. Pledge was given by Prof. Anu V. Kumar which was taken by the students, faculties and office members followed by Vote of thanks given by Mr. Ankit Boriya, B.Sc. Nursing 3rd year student.




WEBINAR ON WORLD TUBERCULOSIS DAY ON THEME “THE CLOCK IS TICKING”

24th March, 2021

Index Nursing College, affiliated to Malwanchal University organized a Webinar on the occasion of World Tuberculosis day on theme “The Clock is ticking” on 24th March 2021. The webinar was conducted with the support of Mr. Suresh Singh Bhadoria, Chairman, Index and Amaltas Group of Institutes and under the guidance and motivation of Dr. (Prof.) Smriti G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College. The webinar was aimed to provide students awareness regarding Tuberculosis and its recent updates. The webinar was started with lamp lighting followed by informative sessions. First session was taken by Dr. Mayank Rahul, WHO RRT about overview of the theme. Second session was taken by Dr. Soniya Tiwari, WHO RRT about Recent Updates in RNTCP. Third session was taken by Dr.(Prof.) Smriti G. Solomon, Principal, Index Nursing College on Conclusion of topic. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr.Prabhanshu Vyas, Associate Professor, Index Nursing College.

NUTRIFEST PROGRAMME

08th March, 2021 to 13th March, 2021

Nutrifest Week was organized by students of B.Sc. 1st year and GNM 1st year of Index Nursing College from 08/03/21 to 13/03/21. This Fest was organized by Ms. Shreya Khaterkar & Ms. Dolly Sanwer under the Guidance of Principal, Dr. Prof. Smriti G Solomon. Students were divided into different group and various therapeutic diets were allotted to them according to date. Each student groups were under the supervision of faculty in-charges. The main motive of this fest is to make students aware of different diets based on patient’s health conditions.
